# What We Are Trying to Build

## Vision

**To build one of Indonesia's most respected independent creative companies, known for the work we make, the people we develop, and the businesses and ideas we build.**

## Mission

**To combine sharp thinking, creativity and execution to solve problems that matter, build work we can stand behind, and create new opportunities for our clients and ourselves.**

## What "independent creative company" means

Agency work is still our commercial foundation, and we should be excellent at it. But we do not want the definition of Fuse Lab to end at "agency."

Over time, we want the capability to create and participate in products, IP, ventures, partnerships and other ideas that make sense for us. Some will work. Some will die quietly in a Google Drive folder. That is fine. The point is to keep building the muscles to create value beyond selling hours and deliverables.

Make What Matters is the standard that ties those things together.
