This is also the right place to give context on things that sit outside normal client work, including new products, partnerships or ventures.

## Culture Pulse

A short anonymous pulse to see whether the way the company feels is moving in the right direction.

Keep it short enough that people actually answer. Track a consistent core over time: direction, workload, recognition, expectations, supervisor support, belonging and willingness to recommend Fuse Lab.

The point is not to produce a pretty score. It is to notice patterns, act, then see whether the action helped.
