# Daily

## Company Standup

Current default: every weekday morning, kept to roughly 10 to 15 minutes.

The purpose is alignment, not reporting every task everybody touched yesterday.

Useful standup updates are:

* something materially changed
* something needs attention today
* you are blocked and need help
* another team needs to know something
* there is a win or contribution worth recognizing

If an issue needs ten minutes of discussion, take it out of standup with the people who actually need to solve it.

## Project Huddles & Regroups

Use them when the work genuinely needs tighter coordination. Do not create a recurring meeting because a project exists.
