# How We Are Organized

Fuse Lab is organized around four core functions. The lines overlap by design: each team has a primary craft, but good work usually happens in the space between them.

* CAV (Creative, Audio Visual): Visual craft across design, art direction, motion, video and audiovisual production.
* CCW (Creative, Copywriting): Concepts, narrative, scripts, messaging and copy that give the work clarity and voice.
* CDS (Creative, Digital Strategy): Audience insight, digital behavior, platform knowledge and performance thinking that shape strategy and creative recommendations.
* RMT (Resource Management Team): Keeps work moving across clients and teams by balancing relationships, priorities, scope, timelines, budgets and capacity.

These labels describe a primary craft, not a hard boundary around the work.

Because names and reporting lines change more often than the principles in this handbook, we do not duplicate the full org chart here.
