# How We Work

Our everyday approach to remote work, communication and decisions.

## Remote / WFA

Fuse Lab was built around flexibility long before remote work became a pandemic-era experiment.

We care more about whether the work gets done well than where somebody's laptop happens to be sitting. That freedom is worth protecting.

WFA works because of trust, and trust is built through behavior: being reachable when you need to be, keeping commitments, communicating early, making your work visible enough for others to coordinate with it, and showing up when the team or client genuinely needs you.

Remote does not mean isolated. Some work is better async, some needs a call, and some problems are solved much faster when people are in the same room. Use judgment rather than ideology.

If we ever need to add a rule because the system is being abused, that is a loss for everybody. Protect the flexibility by making it easy to trust you with it.
