# How Client Living Documents Work

A client Living Document should let somebody new to the account understand the important context in about 15 minutes, then know where to go deeper.

At minimum it should contain:

* Client and engagement at a glance
* Scope of work and engagement period
* Fuse Lab team and clear account owner
* Key client stakeholders and PoCs
* Current campaigns, projects or priorities
* How the account actually works week to week
* Important client-specific standards, sensitivities and watchouts
* Useful links to Asana, working decks, reports, brand resources and key files
* Handover notes or accumulated account knowledge that would otherwise live in somebody's head
* Document owner and last-updated date

The Living Document is not supposed to contain every file produced for the client. It is the map to the work.
