# Clients & Work

The front door to client and project knowledge.

## Why This Exists

A lot of what we know at an agency naturally ends up trapped in people's heads, old decks, Discord threads, Asana comments and a folder called "FINAL\_FINAL\_v3."

That is survivable when the same people stay on the same account forever. It falls apart the moment somebody new joins, somebody goes on leave, or a project changes hands.

This section is the front door to our client and project knowledge.
